The Eulogi ride took place in Lenzkirch on 23 June 2024. It was exciting by the big collie! Every year there is a special festival here with lots of horses and exciting things to see. Come along and see our experiences.

The poster
The festival is announced a few days in advance. It’s always around 25 June. Yes, I have a nose guard on, I had a broken claw bone back then and it hurt a lot!
There was a lot going on there on Sunday! Because the procession starts nearby. But we had very good pitches. Right by the waterhole!
Drinking at the fountain
The nice people from the fire brigade sold festival wristbands. I had my mum pin it on me! Now I’m part of the procession!
Then came the procession!
and the music and the >Schwarzwald< children!
Lucien immediately called out with loud barking that order must be maintained!
Then came the stars of the show: >The horses<.
There was even a very small horse!
Off to the village!
Here we were warned about a dangerous dog. Everyone took me for one because of the nose protection, but the lady cleared things up.
Why do I have to wear a nose protector today? Yes, Lucien, because of my paw and because I tried to bit you.
Don’t ask me how this happened, but I don’t eat greens!

On the market
There was also a market at the same time! We had to go and see it. Mum bought us a new hat:
There were lots of interesting things to see.
Back home
It’s warm today… I wonder if a hat will help. My mum lent me hers.
It’s a really long way to the other side of the village. Is there really no quicker way?
Dinner
All I’m saying is no fight without a fight. But this muzzle is nerfing!

The procession was very beautiful and there is a lot to discover at the market.
Dog suitability
It can get very crowded in some places, especially at the market. But if you can behave yourself as a dog rider, you can experience and observe a lot during the procession.
